Overview:
Candidate must be enthusiastic, energetic, and have extensive
knowledge and experience with Microsoft solutions including
Exchange, ActiveSync, Outlook, SharePoint, Office Communications
Server (OCS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), ASP.NET
and the .NET 3.5 Framework. Additional hosted solutions include
Email Archiving, BlackBerry Enterprise Server and Motorola Good
Mobile Messaging.
Responsibilities:
Candidate will be responsible for generating business by educating
customers to the value of using hosted solutions rather than
bringing business critical systems in-house. By selling a
"Physical Office in a Virtual Environment," you'll provide the
customer powerful enterprise-class tools and services without
them investing in an expensive in-house solution.
Candidate will close the sell by providing potential customers with
factual benefit, cost, security and reliability analysis
concerning the use of hosted solutions versus an in-house
solution. Candidate must also be able to demonstrate each of
these tools to potential customers.
Candidates must be able to handle inbound leads, drive outbound
sales activities via the web and over the telephone, and work
with prospects to validate requirements and close deals.
Candidates must be comfortable making cold calls, generating
interest, qualifying prospects, demonstrating services,
designing solutions and closing sales of $5 to $500K.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with course work in communications, sales,
marketing or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have a minimum of 3-5 years work experience in sales.
- Must have a thorough understanding of Microsoft technologies.
- Proven track record in sales and telemarketing.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem solving
skills.
- Self starter w/a professional attitude.
- Must have the ability to convey ideas in a clear and concise
manner.
