BizCom offers support and maintenance packages that can be used for all technical support issues. Project management, database design, systems architecture, and project specifications development for new projects will require a custom quote. These packages are designed to save customers money by pre-purchasing blocks of support time at discounted rates. Furthermore, you receive a priority response time for prepayment agreements.
Customer support requests should be submitted at the BizCom support website located at - https://support.bizcomweb.com. Customers are asked to create an account within two (2) business days from the date of project acceptance.
Maintenance Plan Pricing
- Bronze Plan - $270 per quarter ($90 per month) / includes 2 hours of maintenance per quarter
- Silver Plan - $600 per quarter ($200 per month) / includes 5 hours of maintenance per quarter
- Gold Plan - $1,110 per quarter ($370 per month) / includes 10 hours of maintenance per quarter
- Platinum Plan - $2,100 per quarter ($700 per month) / includes 20 hours of maintenance per quarter
In the event that a project causes you to exceed the hours designated by the plan you choose, we will extend an additional hour at the plan rate. Subsequent hours will be subject to our standard hourly rate (please ask your representative for details). Plan hours expire at the end of each quarter. Annual plans are available.
Additional support charges are as follows:
- Project Management, Database Design, Systems Architecture & Project Spec Development - $225 per hour
- Evening & Weekends - $75 per hour surcharge*
- Holidays - $175 per hour surcharge*
- One Business Day Turnaround - $120 per hour surcharge*
- Two Business Day Turnaround - $75 per hour surcharge*
*requests must be submitted during normal business hours no later than 12:00pm.
Please note that turnaround time for standard support requests range between 1 - 40 business hours from the date and time of the original ticket creation depending on the complexity of the support request (tickets submitted after (twelve) 12:00pm will be processed the next business day).
Our support website gives you the ability to submit issues directly into the support queue which will significantly improve response time. Please use this system for all support-related requests. Support requests sent directly to staff members may experience a significant delay in processing.
Because it is difficult to determine how long a particular support change/removal/addition may take, please allow for additional time when submitting substantial support requests. Though we are always here to help, it is ultimately the customer's responsibility to plan sufficient time for each support request to be completed.
